About the Role
- Excellent communication abilities
- Assign jobs to production/subcon to fulfill to customer requested schedule.
- Monitor the production/subcon output to ensure it follows the plan.
- Negotiate a new schedule with the sales/marketing department if the schedule is not meeting with
customer expectations.
- Change plans for urgent issues when necessary.
Requirements
· Proficiency with ERP systems.
· Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work independently and customer focus
. Able to communicate in English/Malay/Mandarin
